Part Time Custodian/Food Service Worker (20 Hours Per Week)

Denver Children’s Home, a non-profit residential and day treatment center, is seeking a Custodian/Food Service Worker 20 hours per week, including 6 hours on Sunday and various hours Monday-Friday. Duties include but are not limited to general cleanup in specified areas in and around the building, including all dining and kitchen areas, classrooms, common areas and bathrooms, floor cleaning, emptying trash, and washing pots and pans as needed. This person will also assist is serving meals to clients on a regular basis.
Requirements: Previous kitchen and/or facility experience is a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., physically able to be on feet throughout the shift, be able to read and interpret menus, ability to pass a physical examination, ability to pass background check with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, clearance of the Colorado Central registry of Child Abuse and neglect, must have valid Drivers License and pass DMV record check.
