Family Resource Center at Denver Children's Home

The Family Resource Center at Denver Children's Home (formerly known as the East Denver Collaborative), located directly across the street from Denver Children's Home's main building, collaborates with over 80 partners in the community to help families in need access a range of community-based services and resources.  The Family Resource Center's mission is to provide wrap around services to Denver Children's Home families and Denver's low-income community through partnerships with other service providers in a collaborative effort to help families work towards stabilization and long-term self-sufficiency goals.  The Family Resource Center works with our community partners to protect children, strengthen families, and build family self-sufficiency. We provide direct services and also act as a gateway to community resources. By connecting families to their neighborhood and community resources, families acquire the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to strengthen individual and family functioning. Families receive services by contacting our site and meeting with one of our staff members to assess family needs.
