Profession Presentation - Beck Group

Earlier in May, we had the pleasure of having Matt Archuletta, DCH Board Member and Regional Director for The Beck Group, present to our kids about commercial construction and architecture.

He shared about the very cool projects his company has developed, like Denver's hip, new hotel Populus or community-focused projects like renovating the Poudre Valley Hospital.

He shared the different pathways the kids could take to get into his line of work, from internships, trade schools, to a four-year degree pursuit.

The kids were so excited, asking tons of questions, and altogether engaged in the story and material.

Matt shared with us: "As I shared in my presentation, I could have easily been one of the kids I spoke to. My greatest hope is that someone sees my story as proof that great things are possible, even when the path feels challenging. I also can’t begin to express how much the Thank You cards meant to me.

You are truly incredible people, and your passion for helping young kids shines through in everything you do.

I feel fortunate to support your initiatives, and the impact you’re making is nothing short of extraordinary!"
